i stayed in a beautiful double room with spa bath. the location was central, about a 12 minute walk to the trevi fountain. the room was clean, modern, and quite large. it included a king sized bed, tall ceilings, and a fridge with free water. it was a really comfortable experience.
the building elevator was vintage. it looked old, which might concern some guests. it worked fine, but its appearance did cause some initial hesitation.

I found the hotel's proximity to local eateries very convenient. A super cute cafe right in front of the main door offers amazing espresso, and many other restaurants and cafes are a short walk away.

the room included air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. there was a kettle and a powerful hairdryer. the bathroom was modern with a large spa bath and a rainfall shower head. the hotel is located on the 3rd floor.

the host was friendly and helpful . early check in was available. the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel after i checked out which was nice.

this hotel is in a very central location. it is about a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. i was able to easily walk to most major sites. the hotel is also easily accessible.

The location was quite central. Major attractions were within a reasonable walking distance. The room included free water and tea and coffee making facilities.
I felt the upkeep could have been better. There was a lack of electrical outlets near the bed. Our bathroom had a direct view of the outside hall. The glass was painted to cover the inside, but privacy was still questionable. There was mold on the curtains in the bathroom.

The location was unbeatable. I found myself just a short walk from major attractions. Plus, several excellent restaurants and shops are nearby! The room included air conditioning that worked great, a mini-bar with reasonable prices (unheard of!), and daily freshing of the room. The included wifi was fast and reliable,.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes, BUT that's just a minor thing.

My room featured a very comfortable bed and spa bath. The room was clean upon arrival and maintained well throughout my stay. I appreciated the divine-smelling toiletries provided daily (a REALLY nice touch!).

The accommodation is centrally located near main attractions. I could easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. Getting around was simple (i walked nearly everywhere!).

emanuele communicated well before arrival (he gave good travel advice). he and his team were really good . the location proved great as sights were nearby. the room was very very comfy and tidy.
The elevator ride felt a bit old. It reminded me of a film noir.

the location allowed us to see all that we could on foot. the bus for the vatican is just around the corner. the train station is walkable to get to and from the airports.
